I offer leadership coaching for pastors because I have navigated pastoral ministry challenges firsthand. Ministry is deeply rewarding yet demanding. Balancing pastoral care, teaching, preaching, team leadership, and fundraising can become overwhelming.
In addition to pastoral leaders, I work with entrepreneurs, non-profit executives, parents, and organizational teams. Why engage in Interim by Design (IBD) Coaching?
As a leader, stepping back to gain an objective perspective on personal and organizational dynamics can be difficult. Coaching provides the framework and clarity needed to bridge the gap between where you are today and where you aim to be.
What do we talk about in a coaching session?
You, the coachee, bring up issues or situations where you want to grow. You may simply be curious about what’s going on in you or the team you lead. Together we set the agenda for each session. As your coach I listen, ask questions, and offer guidance or next steps to explore.
How long is a coaching session?
Sessions are scheduled for 45 minutes. Optimally we would meet weekly at first and later move to twice per month. You set the pace.
Are you a certified coach?
I am currently pursuing certification through the International Coaching Federation (ICF) and am aiming to complete 100 logged coaching hours by September 2027. Client feedback is a welcome component of this phase of my learning.
Do you meet with potential coachees first?
Yes. I offer a complimentary 30-minute introductory consultation to discuss your goals, evaluate fit, and determine if a coaching relationship with me aligns with your needs. Please contact me to learn more.
