  4. You must articulate your sense of call to Interim Ministry with clarity, authenticity, and grace from a biblical perspective.
  5. You must stay up to date with denominational policies.
  6. You must practice self-care.
  7. You must practice spiritual discernment in your own life and be comfortable modeling it before others – session (board of directors), staff, congregation.
